Yeah, I think we’re aware of that, but the point was that some people don’t go to the website some people don’t know how to navigate a website and we felt it was important to email it.

That was what we agreed to I believe after the mtg . So I’m just wondering if Tracey can just email it out.

I'd certainly support Greg's suggestion to email it out.  I think average homeowners are just relying on word of mouth plus what we send them and are not actually reading our website.  The DEEP has shared their position with us and we should make sure that our homeowners know where they stand.

Hi all - back from school play…matinee tomorrow (very good). I am in contact with Carolyn & she will be working to address all outstanding matters hopefully tomorrow (although right now she seems stranded in Philly 😭) including DEEP presentation 

I will be conveying a draft agenda tomorrow to her.

Carolyn indicates that she believes she can be our zoom administrator on Tuesday.
