POSITION INFORMATION: Functions as member of the College of Nursing Instructional Design/Web Programmer Team and contributes towards the team's goals. May work at times with Central IT for advanced troubleshooting and to facilitate faculty training. Responsible for ensuring smooth learning management system operations, contributing to OUCN website updates, and managing /creating data base applications as assigned, education, troubleshooting and problem resolution with faculty and students in relation to D2L.
REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES:
1. Manage existing College of Nursing Data Bases and develop new data based projects as needed to meet college needs.
2. Manage Desire to Learn (D2L) Learning Management System Platform for OUCN
3. Assist with OUCN Web Site and Intranet Updates (i.e. web page updates, activity calendar updates, support page updates, Intranet).
4. Assist with support, updates and troubleshooting for any College associated sites
5. Assist with photography during college events as needed
6. Assist with assigned special projects
7. Serve as backup for Mediasite, Metivision, or Simulations as needed
8. Other duties as assigned.
