LACTATE TESTING, Friday & Saturday

Chris Bagg, Head Coach at Campfire Endurance Coaching (and leader of Saturday's FREE Gravel 101 Clinic), will offer limited Lactate Testing slots for Gorge Gravel Grinder participants on Friday and Saturday, April 24-25, 2026.

Lactate testing has been around a long time in exercise science circles, and is starting to become ubiquitous at all levels of cycling. By understanding your two lactate thresholds (LT1 and LT2), you will know the different intensities that will help you develop as a cyclist most efficiently.

Participants will leave knowing their LT1 and LT2 wattages, heart rates, ventilatory thresholds, and rates of perceived exertion.

Chris is offering GGG racers 10% off this service using the code BREAKAWAY10.

Learn more and book here.
