It be gone.  The Alpenrose Dairy is also closing (or already closed) it's local plant and moving to Seattle area.  I had a feeling that might happen.  Also if you are a Blazer fan remember they have a new owner as well.  Will the team stay around if the powers controlling funds choose not to "upgrade" the Moda Center?  That may not keep the team here.  Personally I could think of other places to use those funds, like develop a world-class multi discipline bike racing/riding venue,,,but hey,,,I like bikes :)  ron
