Giro PDX is next Saturday, August 23

Come out for the last (and best) PDX Classics ride of the year. Take a break from the MADE show to chase some lions and crush some hills.

333 South Dakota Street, John’s Landing, Portland 

Saturday 8/23. 9 AM start

53 miles. 8000 feet of climbing. 

Mostly paved with some suburban single track. 

Road bike or gravel bike friendly. 

After the incredible success of De Raffle at de Ronde PDX, we are doing it again for Giro PDX. 

$10 Raffle tickets. Five for $40. 

As always, we'll have Skratch, New Belgium, and Athletic N/A. The ride is free with your donations going to support Gifted Wishes and Community Cycling Center.

It’s gonna be hot on Saturday 8/23, the day of Giro PDX. The regularly scheduled start time is 9:00 AM. If you plan to ride, please head to the current Instagram story at to vote for your preferred start time. Options are 8:00, 8:30, or 9:00.

The overwhelming majority voted for an 8:00 AM start time, so I just updated the invites to reflect that. Of course, this is just the official start time for the group ride. Anyone can ride the course whenever they want, because it is on open, public roads and trails.
