Hello Joe and OBRA! 

I cannot say enough good things about Kevin at PedalPT in the SE - he's an expert in all things bike and has excellent clinical knowledge for bike and non-bike injuries and can adapt plans to your restrictions, time available for rehab and all the things!  

In looking up the link to share; I'm not the only one, he's got 141 reviews and 5 stars on google reviews. Bonus is he's not the type to ask patients to do a review either!

If you have health insurance, I would check out OHSU's PT program. I have worked with Mark Johnson and Genevieve Dupre after my knee replacement(s).  Both are  excellent therapists and certainly will be able to target your therapy to what outcome you'll like. I was back on my road bike 8 weeks after surgery.
