FS Specialized MTB shoes

Size 45 Specialized Trivent Terra, Conrad Stoltz edition. These were designed for MTB triathlon, so kind of a niche market. There's no tongue by design, tri geeks are weird....it's me, I'm a tri geek. Bought online but they didn't fit me. I didn't wear them. Original owner said he wore them once so there is no wear on the sole. They have an SPD cleat installed, I don't know the age/amount of wear of the cleat. There are holes to install a toe cleat. Asking $50 plus shipping
