It's been a long and very busy year for McKenna McKee, who started her racing career with OBRA Kiddie Cross and Alpenrose Velodrome Kiddie Kilos. Now after 15+ years, the 16-time USA National Champion and a Pan American Track Championships gold medalist, reached the pinnacle of UCI track racing, by earning a C1 classification in the Elite Women Sprints and Keirin. Starting in the Fall of 2024, McKenna jumped forward and joined the UCI trade team racing circuit, signing on with Tesseract Racing (a Cycling Canada trade team). This important decision has doubled the number of events she can race, while rolling forward toward LA28. Supporting this increase in racing, traveling, coaching, equipment, etc., will continue the need for more continuous funding.
