The Rainier Beer Cycling Team is super grateful to everyone who came out last Saturday to Cutter Circle to do race #1 in our criterium series.

We're even MORE grateful to the OBRA officials who helped us navigate all the twists and turns of pulling off this race (a bus route, really?) AND all the volunteers who showed up to keep our races safe. We literally couldn't put this event on without you all.

Three notes:

-Points are running 10 deep (10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1). This means everyone is still in this thing.

-Lost and found: I have someone's saddle bag and the dog leash that a good samaritan used to return a wandering dog to it's rightful owner.

-Lastly, it's 100% my fault (Rob T) that the "OBRA Monday Recap" misidentified that podium at Cat 3 women. That's actually the Cat 4/5 podium, so congrats are in order for Alice Lopez-Hall, Stella Cafiso and Maija Lematta.

We hope to see you all and, dare we dream, even more racers on Saturday July 12th for race #2. 

It's sure to be another fast and fun event (with cash primes all day long!).
