Bike shop in Newberg

Hey all. We are wanting to open a new bike shop in Newberg. But first, I wanted to see if anyone knows who used to run the old bike shop in Newberg? We wanted to get into contact with him. From what we have heard, he had a pretty big shop and closed his doors a few years ago. Just trying to get ahold of him. Anyone local know anything?
