Sharing this with any juniors who are looking to get faster this coming season. Winter off-season gym training is a great way to build a foundation and start the season with a bang. Becca is a terrific, knowledgeable trainer. She has been my strength coach in prior seasons and it really made a difference!

This February Becca Meierbachtol at Fresh Performance is offering a fun, functional strength training class for high school–aged athletes. This is a great opportunity for HS athletes to boost their functional movement, confidence, and long-term resilience, while having fun moving and learning together.
