Ciamillo l8 ultra Barrel Adjuster replacement?

Hey all!
As the title suggests, I'm looking to replace the barrel adjuster on one of my Ciamillo calipers. They're not actually attached to the rest of the calipers, I suppose to save weight, and somehow one of mine jumped ship. I've reached out to Ciamillo and unsurprisingly didn't hear back👎. I've included a photo of the calipers below to show the issue, I'm hoping that someone might have a suggestion for somewhere to inquire about creating a new adjuster. I'm not sure if it would be possible to maybe 3d print a model and then CNC or machine a final version?

P.S. For anyone curious about the weight, these weighed in at 142g for the pair! (less than half Dura Ace's lightest)
