WTB track bike or frame

Hey all,

I'm looking to buy a track bike or frameset in the 56ish cm range. Does anyone have something sitting around that might work? 

It would need to be serviceable but not terribly expensive- definitely less than $1k. Not looking for something super fast, just something good enough to race on. 

Let me know off-list if you've got something you want to get rid of.
