Hello,
I've noticed that when NVDA is running in Outlook version 2025.3, it
doesn't navigate well through the message list—or rather, it gives that
impression from a braille display. When the cursor lands on a message,
the braille display shows the "To" field and doesn't present the message
preview information such as the subject, etc. In fact, if you press a
sensor on the braille display while it's showing the "To" field, the
cursor jumps directly to it, as if NVDA automatically focuses on that
field after selecting the message.
To avoid this behavior, you have to navigate using CTRL plus the up and
down arrow keys (note: this doesn't select the messages, it just moves
over them, but it does allow you to read the subject and other
information before opening).
I tested this with a portable version of 2025.2, and the issue doesn't
occur there—everything is displayed correctly, as it always has been.
This suggests that the problem lies specifically with version 2025.3.
I'm leaving this note here in case it's useful for investigation, as I
find it quite concerning for those who use Outlook Classic in Microsoft
365 along with a braille display (this issue makes it difficult to read
message information before opening them).
Thank you.
Best regards.

You can get your windows version by typing in the start menu: winver
And in Outlook you can get your version number from the accounts option in the file menu.
I suggest you check that you have the latest version of Outlook before submitting.
Best
George
