Is there a way to jump to a dialog on the web using NVDA natively or through an add-on? I feel like I used to be able to do this maybe with one of Tony’s add-ons. This is important because dialogs contain actionable controls to move to the next step in a user flow, and if focus issues kick you out of the dialog accidentally to a random part of the webpage, finding that dialog again can be painful.

The first thing to be said is that if the dialog was written properly you would not, could not, be kicked out of it without dismissing it.  And now that the dialog element exists there is even less excuse for writing rubbish dialogs.  But that doesn't fix your issue.  The dialog will contain an input of some sort - link, button, text field etc.  The only thing that comes to mind if you do leave the dialog is to look for an input with a quick nav key - b for button, k for link etc.
