Hello! My student's previous vision teacher purchased a MantisQ40 braille display, but I cannot get any braille output when using a computer with NVDA. I was able to get it to successfully connect to my iPad with VoiceOver through Bluetooth, so I know the Mantis works. When connecting via USB to the computer with NVDA, I can type on the braille display and the computer will respond, but the refreshable braille only says "braille display." When attempting to connect to the computer via Bluetooth, I get an error message of "Couldn't connect. Try connecting again" on the computer. --

Can you check wether NVDA detect your braille display, in the preference / braille dialogue, check if it has found it.
