NVDA has a say all keystroke (NVDA plus down arrow in desktop or NVDA plus a in laptop layout). While reading, tapping the ctrl key will stop and put the cursor where you’re at, and tapping shift will allow you to pause and resume reading.
In terms of reading by paragraph, you can use control plus up/down on the web and in Word. You can also use alt plus up/down to go by sentence in some text editors and word processors.
