Braille Essentials 26.07

Hi all,

Braille Essentials 26.07 is now available from NV Access add-on store.

Changelog:

* Updated the add-on code to Braille Extender commit 38b6fa35 (2026-07-03), introducing enhanced braille support for Microsoft Excel and localization updates.

* NVDA will honor custom braille routing commands from apps, specifically Punktum (issue 2).

Changes from BrailleExtender:

* No statement on add-on store based update process in add-on settings/general category (Braille Essentials does not have a self-updating mechanism).

* Brailliant B profile: Removed Control+Alt+Tab keystroke emulation (Space with dots 5-6-8/C1+C3+C5) as it conflicts with review copy command.
