This is a cool addon, I've had a lot of fun with my friends cloning voices and hearing the AI glitch out. Its cool that these open source synths are coming out, and I hope one day we'll get to a point where neural TTS has as little latency as possible.
here is an NVDA addon I think everyone will like. yes, it is a bit laggy, works best as a say all voice, but this tts is open source. and yes you can even clone your own voices for it! It is pocket tts for NVDA. oh and you can share your cloned voices with others by sharing the npy files.

But yes, quite interesting, and will say that it's not too bad at cloning a voice from a .mp3 file - not perfect, but very close.
