Hello,

I see that sudenly, interaction with the copilot App have changed.

It was better before, it was like a Web page with NVDA when starting
copilot with win key plus c.

. now, we have to tab many times, and there is no way to read a complete
reply from the copilot AI. the only easy wey to interact now is with voice.

Is this some change from Microsoft or something to do with NVDA.

Thanks.

I’ve actually been dealing with this same problem for a long time now, too.

I think the best way to figure out if something has changed on NVDA’s end is to use that app/feature/website (or whatever it is) with “Narrator” (since that’s the only default option) for a bit.

NV Access is always really clear about which bug fixes are a priority in a new update, and I seriously doubt the core website functionality has been broken by any of the recent ones.

So, I strongly suspect there’s something that Microsoft themselves broke.

Best wishes,

Snehashish!

You may use the web page instead. There still is one. The address is
https://copilot.microsoft.com

I don't know why you are just seeing the change in the app now. I saw
it a number of months ago.

You can still see the full answer, but it isn't accessible. Tab to the
list and, if the answer is ready, down arrow to the last item in the
list. Then tab until you get to the copy button.
Press the space bar.
The answer is now copied to the clipboard.
Paste it into something like Notepad and you can read the entire answer.
