I get error each time I start NVDA 2025.3

Hi friends,
Each time I start NVDA 2025.3 I get a message that some operations in addons store failed including winten app.
I don't have this addon installed now but still get that error.
What to do?

Try launching NVDA with add-ons disabled. Quentin has shared the keyboard shortcut to do this many times, but for the sake of all the heavens I can’t remember it. Google search and Gemini prompting for it did not help either.
Then you might want to check your installed add-ons and remove any incompatible ones and restart NVDA, a system restart would be ideal to do after this stage.

NVDA key q, then down arrow through the options to the option that says
restart with add-ons disabled and press enter. NVDA will start with
add-ons disabled. But I don't see what doing this will accomplish. The
original message says the add-on is no longer in NVDA so if that is
correct, NVDA is looking for something that is no longer present.
Restarting with add-ons disabled will probably stop the error message
because NVDA won't look for any add-ons, present or not, but it won't
stop the error message when NVDA starts normally.
While the person with the problem may want to stop the error messages,
it sounds like a harmless problem that doesn't have to be solved if you
don't want to take the time and trouble to do so. NVDA is reporting
that something can't be found but no mention is made that the problem
is affecting NVDA's performance in any way. Not every problem needs to
be solved.

Hi Moti!
Open Start menu and type directory until hear Explore user configuration directory and press Enter.
Enter in the addons directory.
You should find a directory ending in .pending_install.
With the same name you should find another directory without the suffix. Delete it and restart NVDA.
