Issue with Automatic Language Switching in NVDA

Hi everyone,
Hope you are doing fine.
I am using Windows 11 with the latest version of NVDA and the Eloquence add-on synthesizer.
I am experiencing an issue with automatic language switching. When I open Brazilian Portuguese websites, NVDA automatically switches its speech language to Portuguese. However, when I return to the Windows desktop or other English content, it does not switch back to English automatically. Instead, it continues speaking in Portuguese.
Could you please advise me on how to resolve this issue? I would like NVDA to switch to Portuguese only when reading Portuguese content and automatically switch back to English when I return to English content.
I would appreciate any guidance or recommendations.

Does it happen if using eSpeak or Windows OneCore?  And with those, if it does still happen, if you after that press NVDA+q then down arrow to "restart with add-ons disabled and debug logging" does it STILL happen?

That will help narrow down whether it is AN add-on, the Eloquence add-on (and to be clear, is this the legal Code Factory SAPI 5 or the less legal one we don't talk about?), or something else.

If you CAN reproduce it with add-ons disabled, then could you send us a copy of the generated debug log to in...@nvaccess.org (you will find the log in your %temp% folder - note the percent signs).

I may be wrong (it happens often enough).  I suspect the reason it isn't switching back to English is that it doesn't get the necessary code to make it do so.  The reason it switches to Portugese is that the relevant code is on the webpage.  When returning to Windows there may not be anything to tell it to switch.
