Hello,
I tried a Natural voice a while back with NVDA. I do not recall the add-on. My Natural voices in Narrator have stopped working. Tier 2 Microsoft Windows support uninstalled the voices and reinstalled. They said that the problem was more complicated and their systems people would need to resolve at the Windows update level. Several updates have since been applied.
I am guessing that something with the add-on triggered the problem. Any thoughts on what to try?
Best

There are no work arounds that I am aware of.
And, waiting for Microsoft to resolve this could take years.
They supposedly have a solution in the Insider build for the braille driver issue that blocks all other screen reader's braille drivers from working, but after 5 years, it has not trickled down to the average user.
I suspect the solution never actually worked properly, which is why it has not appeared, but unless you have someone inside Microsoft who will violate their NDA, there is no knowing.
I really liked the natural voices in Narrator when they worked, but only the Shadow knows when or if they will work again.
