Hello:

I cannot provide a general answer, since it may deppends on the add-on. But generally settings, speciffically if they are saved using NVDA config (config.conf) are preserved in case you decide to reinstall or update the add-on.

Anyway, you may contact the add-on author or provide more details here. For example, an add-on author may choose to create a profile for a specific add-on, and if the add-on settings are saved to a specific profile, you may remove that profile.

"Hello,
I removed all the language dictionaries in the Dictionaries add-on. Now, the Dictionaries add-on isn't working properly unless I uninstall and reinstall NVDA. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled NVDA.
If you weren't sure what add-on I was referring to, here is the full text about the add-on:
