StationPlaylist add-on 25.12.3

Hi lal,

StationPlaylist add-on 25.12.3 is now available from NV Access add-on store. This is yet another major stable channel release that upgrades the experience for broadcasters, specifically folks using StationPlaylist Creator and Remote Voice Tracker (VT).

Changelog:

* NVDA will announce labels for SPL app screens, including track properties, insert tracks dialog's search criteria controls (Studio, Creator, Remote VT), and Studio options dialog.

* In Studio (local and remote), Creator, and Remote VT, NVDA will play a beep when search is completed in insert tracks dialog when NVDA is configured to play beeps for status announcements from SPL add-on settings/general category.

* In Creator, Remote VT, and Track Tool, status bar content will be reported when performing read status bar command (NVDA+End/desktop layout, NVDA+Shift+End/laptop layout).

* In Creator and Remote VT, NVDA will announce search results count when searching for tracks in insert tracks dialog.

Note: previously, 25.12.2 was the last planned 25.12.x release, but after a feedback from a broadcaster, I decided to work on 25.12.3 yesterday.

IMPORTANT: if you are localizing SPL add-on (or thinking about localizing the add-on data): unless you can tell me that there is at least one broadcaster in your language communities or country using StationPlaylist suite, existing localization data will be removed in upcoming 26.01 release. You have until December 20, 2025 at 23:59 UTC to inform me of the need to localize SPL add-on data. Thanks for your coopoeration.
