Sapi 5 issues with NVDA.

I hope you are all doing well.
So, I've written this on the NVDA addons group but have received no response.
For some reason, whenever I use tts engines like codefactory eloquence or other sapi tts engines set at a high speech rate, NVDA lags, in spite of the wisapi toggle, which improves things but not fully. I've proposed solutions for this.
On my end, this seems to be with tts engines that you set to a high speech rate such as eloquence. Vocalizer Daniel doesn't have this issue.

Where I give a lot of information about this issue. I feel NV access should rectify this issue as soon as possible, as it can really slow down screen reader interaction.

Have you tested whit synths such as Rh Voice? while I'm not sure if said synths are sapi 5 or nvda only, that could be something to test with.
