Hello,
In Chrome, I hit alt + f followed by b. I then arrow down to the folder I want and then arrow down or use the first letter of the name of the bookmark. Then pressing enter takes you there.
Creating new folders can be trickey. I use the book manager for this instead of the new folder option when saving a bookmark. I never seem to know where that function will create the folder; it is many times put it in another folder creating a sub-folder that can be hard to get to.
Hope this helps.
Best
George
