NVDA becomes very slow, when terminal output is long, how to fix?

On windows terminal (and probably on any terminal), when the output is long like 2000+, NVDA freezes or go very slow.
And this length of output is kinda normal when using terminal based coding agent like "claude code".

Does anyone know how to fix this?

The only way I've found to fix this is to either close the terminal and re open it, or restart NVDA>
