Minor update to Basic Training for NVDA

Here's a first announcement, first for the user group :)

We've updated Basic Training for NVDA!  Ok, it's a really minor update, fixing a little formatting and adding a couple of things to the glossary at the end.

For those of you who already have Basic Training, there aren't any new topics etc, but if you do want to download it, you can find it in your account: https://www.nvaccess.org/my-account/downloads/

If you have read it previously - What do you think of the glossary?  Is it useful? I added it after a suggestion but was curious whether, or how much, people use it?

Hi Quentin:

I've downloaded the updated ebook.

For me, the glossary may be more useful if, in addition to include references to chapters or sections where terms can be found, a link was provided to each referenced sections. At least in the epub file, reading it with Thorium, I don't find links in the glossary, and it's not easy to find terms.
