register on NVAccess web site

I am trying to register on the nvaccess web site.  I enter my email and
a password that meets the requirements and hit the register button. 
Nothing seems to happen.  I then try to log in with what I entered and
it says incorrect user name or password. Have tried several times and
nothing works.  What am I missing?
