Copying Text without Formatting Information from AI

AMD64. I use chat gpt, gemini and google docs.

What is the best option to copy text from chat gpt desktop software, website, gemini to google docs without formatting information?

Sometimes, I select text and copy pressing ctrl + c on chat gpt. Sometimes, I press the copy option presented after chat gpt responses. I do it both on chat gpt desktop software and website interface.

While using gemini, sometimes I select text and press ctrl + c to copy text. Sometimes, I click the copy option presented after a response. Moreover, sometimes I also export to google docs.

However, I want to copy text without formatting information to google docs. How can I do it?
