Language-specific speech settings and dictionaries

Hello Listers,

When I have set the automatic language change on in the Speech settings,
is it possible to:
- define a default voice for different languages other than selected in
the General settings
- modify the rate and other speech settings for the other languages,
including user dictionaries?
