Hi,
I recently installed the new “NVDA coach interactive” and it looks great! However, it uses the shortcut “NVDA-space-c to call it up and this causes me a problem. I use excel frequently and this shortcut is the one to assign a row to be spoken as the column headings. Now, I cannot assign column headings!
How can I uninstall this add-on to free up my shortcut?
All the best,
Cearbhall

Thanks, Sean,
I would be happy to keep it active by changing the shortcut to NVDA+space+z. I think that would not fall foul of any other app, would it?
I cannot see how to change the shortcut in the gestures window. How can I do that?

Hi Cearbhall.
GO into input gestures (I do NVDA plus n, then p for preferences, then n for input gestures).
Press n until you hear NVDA coach, then right arrow to expand its series of gestures.
Arrow down once until you hear Show NVDA Coach window, or open the lesson picker, then tab to the add button. Press your chosen gesture here, and if you want it to apply only to your current keyboard layout, hit enter to confirm.
Lastly, arrow up to the old gesture and tab to and press the remove button.
Close the input gestures dialog by tabbing to the OK button and you should be good. 😊
Sean.
Thanks, sean,
I managed that! I can use Excel now as usual!
