Problem with Sapi5 and OneCore

Hello:

There is a small problem with Sapi5 (32 and 64 bit) and OneCore.

On websites like web.whatsapp.com and others, these synthesizers slow down; their voice response is delayed. However, the braille output still works (the braille displays project everything that should be advertised by the synthesizer); I tried reinstalling NVDA and nothing changed. This doesn't happen with eSpeak NG synthesizers and others within NVDA.

This occurs with NVDA 2026.1.1.

Hi Sergio,

I don't recall seeing this issue reported previously.  It would certainly be worth investigating.  Are you able to firstly check whether there is an issue on https://github.com/nvaccess/nvda/issues and if not, could you write an issue up please?
