Marked and Unmark in Edit Box

I am using Windows 11 25h2, nvda 2025.3.2 and Google Chrome 143.0.7499.193. Nowadays, if I write on the internet, nvda announces marked and unmarked.

I have noticed this behaviour on chat gpt and facebook messages. However, I am not noticing such behaviour on mail.google.com.

What is going wrong? How can I fix it?

I am not selecting anything while nvda announces the marked.
