question regarding punctuation inNVDA

Hi all
I have changed the punctuation level to none in NVDA, andit still says the fullstop at the end of any sentence, how do i change that so it doesn'tsay it?

Kristy, that is not default NVDA behaviour.  The fullstop is usually only presented with punctuation set to full.
Open NVDA's symbol pronunciation settings.  As it happens, fullstop is the first in the list.  NVDA should say something like:
. sentence ending; Replacement: dot; Level: all; Preserve: always  1 of 4587.
But I suspect yours will not say all and probably none.  If so, tab to the combo box and select all, some or whatever you prefer.
