When we first setup the group, we included some instructions for various settings in our In-Process blog: https://www.nvaccess.org/post/in-process-17-july-2025/#groups

That article particularly covers setting diges or archive mode (so you only get one summary email a day), but in the same place, you can set it so you don't receive ANY emails (if you don't want any email while you are away, or if you prefer to read the group online at https://groups.google.com/a/nvaccess.org/g/nvda-users

Note in this particular case, I did check yesterday, and either the original user, or one of the other admin have set this up for him.

I hope you are all doing well!

My name is Aung Pyae Phyo, and I am incredibly excited to join the NVDA Screen Reader Discussion group. I am a blind tech enthusiast who is deeply passionate about technology, programming, and exploring new digital tools.

I am writing to you all the way from Myanmar. Fun fact: whenever I tell international folks that I am from Myanmar, I often get a few blank stares—until I mention "Daw Aung San Suu Kyi" or "Democracy." Then, everyone instantly goes, "Ah, that Myanmar!" 😄 So yes, that's exactly where I am routing my internet from!

It is an absolute honor and pleasure to connect with blind friends and tech-savvy peers from all around the globe. NVDA has been a life-changing tool for my tech journey, and I am really looking forward to learning from your experiences, sharing insights, and hanging out with this amazing community.

​It is amazing that you have been using computers since 1989! You must have seen so many incredible changes in technology over the years. As for coding, I am currently having a lot of fun learning Python and building Telegram bots, but I am sure I have so much to learn from your decades of computer experience.
