Getting NVDA approved for government testing use

Hello!
I am an Accessibility specialist and native NVDA user who contracts for the federal government. In past years, I have been able to get NVDA approved in my
Agency for all of my fellow testers to also use as a tool for functional accessibility, testing and cross checking.
After submitting paperwork to request the latest update I was notified that they cannot approve it any longer due to an issue. I would like to request some assistance off our group list. Serve to see if there’s anything that can be done so that we can move forward with the update and use of the screen reader in our agency.
Is there a private email that I can use to connect with a NVDA developer?

Also, unrelated, but where did you look to try to find contact details for us - I generally think we're pretty easily contactable, but evidently you couldn't find us where you looked, so it would be great to hear where we could improve there.
