Is Unigram the only accessible app or is there another one?

Maybe an app, that allows you to have more than one active account like
Agram for iPhones?

I hear that the official Telegram app is now accessible on Windows, and you also have Tweesecake.

There's also easy gram. Iv'e not used it but I know some who have and
they say it is very accessible, Alt plus r replies to the messages when
needed.
