sonata voice problem

Hi All,

 

I am trying to use the sonata voices.  I keep getting an error saying can’t find voices.  Is there a link where I can get the voice package?  I would appreciate any help.  Thanks,

You may be stuck with the voice that comes with the synthesizer. I've
tried to add a voice and I got a message that the download failed. I'm
not convinced it did because the percentage as it continued went to a
high amount of the download. But it appears to me that the downloaded
voice fails to be installed properly and the program thinks the down
load failed.

Another person reported the same download message when trying to install
another voice.

Honestly, I couldn't download the voices either; even though I had an internet connection, I received a message saying there was no internet connection.
I think the add-on is no longer working correctly.
