Reading Math on Gemini

I am using Windows 11 25h2, nvda 2025.3.2 and Google Chrome 143.0.7499.193. Can't nvda read latex formatting symbols?

Today, I was studying mathematical topics on Gemini. Sometimes, nvda was skipping some numbers and symbols. While I asked Gemini that nvda isn't reading some numbers and symbols, it said that those numbers and symbols were in latex formatting and it provided me with those data again in word.

What went wrong? Why was Gemini blaming nvda that NVDA can't latex formatting?

It is more likely a frontend gemini issue, if I am studying math using llm, I usually prompt it to give the explanation / solution informally or without using latex.

Although I don't have issues with NVDA interacting with math on Chat GPT, I've seen multiple people complaining about Gemini and recommending other interfaces through which one can access Gemini.

For some reason, Gemini uses aria-hidden="true" attributes in math and
pronunciation expressions, for example. This is why NVDA does not read
them. You can ask Gemini not to use Latex or other formatting that makes
information inaccessible for the screen-reader users.
