Several win 11 updates ago something was added to the task bar where
when tabbing between the task bar and desktop NVDA would announce pane
dragin. Having said that for a while now that announcment had seemed to
go away. Now however on what seems to be a random basis NVDA will again
announce pane dragin. Not a big issue just a little annoying to hear
this spoken

Hello!
Long time ago I don't experience it...
But, I have removed all unnecessary itens from the Tab circulation between Desktop, Start menu, TaskBar and SysTray...
All other items were removed...

I recall this issue from a few years ago: [Taskbar]: Focus moves to an unknown element before moving to taskbar and NVDA announces it as "Pane Dragging" · Issue #15114 · nvaccess/nvda
Microsoft acknowledged it was a Windows bug, and they did roll out a fix.... but if it's happening again, evidently they've broken the same thing again.
Which build of Windows are you using?
