Hi everyone,
I know many skilled developers are part of this list, and I’m hoping to learn from your experience. I’m very interested in becoming a developer and contributing to the future of NVDA. While I’m eager to learn, I’m still at the very beginning of my coding journey.
I know there are online resources available, but I learn best through hands-on guidance and real examples. If anyone would be willing to help me get started with basic coding concepts—especially around writing simple NVDA add-ons before I work my way up to more advanced development—I would truly appreciate it.
If there’s anyone in the Denver, Colorado area who might be open to mentoring in person or offering local guidance, I’d be especially grateful.
Thank you for your time and any support you can offer.
Justin C
Justin,
I am also new to coding and this contemporary world.
I’m not sure if I, or anyone else, can provide a massive amount of help since you aren’t quite comfortable with learning through reading. However, I believe that if we connect online, we’ll definitely be able to support each other as fellow newbies.
So, feel free to send me an email at
snehashi...@gmail.com
if you’d like us to teaming up.
Best,
Snehashish.

Hi Snehashish,
Thanks so much for reaching out. It’s great to hear from someone who’s also just getting started in the coding world. I agree—learning through reading can be tough sometimes, but having someone to bounce ideas off of definitely makes the journey easier.
I’d be happy to connect and support each other as we learn. I’ll send you an email soon so we can get in touch and figure out how to team up.
Looking forward to it,
Justin
