Hello NumFOCUS GSoC community,

I’m preparing for GSoC 2026 and currently exploring projects across the NumFOCUS ecosystem to understand where my skills could be most useful.

My background is primarily in Python, and I’m particularly interested in scientific computing, data-oriented libraries, and tooling that emphasizes correctness and maintainability. At the moment, I’m reviewing project repositories and contribution guides to identify places where I can start contributing meaningfully.

I’ll follow up with project-specific questions or contributions once I narrow down a focus area.
