Proposal for an Open-Source AI Library Contribution to Toqit

I hope this email finds you well. My name is Emir Kaan Özdemir, and I am reaching out to explore the possibility of contributing to the Toqito project.

As an AI researcher and open-source contributor, I am particularly interested in quantum information processing and its intersection with artificial intelligence. I believe Toqito is a valuable resource for quantum information theory, and I would love to help expand its capabilities.

I would like to propose developing an open-source library that integrates various artificial intelligence models tailored for quantum information tasks. This library would include pre-trained models and tools for tasks such as quantum state classification, entanglement detection, and quantum-enhanced machine learning. My goal is to provide a comprehensive toolkit that enables researchers to apply modern AI techniques within the Toqito ecosystem.
