Sage Days 98 -- Women in Sage

Dear colleagues,

I am organizing a Women in Sage workshop this April about the free mathematical software SageMath. This event is for all women who wish to spend a week working on sage: learning, improving their knowledge, working on a specific project, etc. This event is primarily targeted at women as to help form a team of women developers and to reduce the gap between men and women developers in Sage Math in particular and in open scientific software in general.

Venue: Archanes in Crete

Date: April 8 -- 12

All local costs are covered by the OpenDreamKit project and we can offer travel grants to those who need it.

Another remark: there is no minimal knowledge required, you can come even if you've never written a line of code in your life.
