Hello Friend of the Greater Washington Urban League Guild,

We would like your help in identifying young people between the ages of 12-15 who would be interested in a two week experience at the nation's oldest residential camp for Black youth.

Founded in 1921, Camp Atwater is owned and operated by the Urban League of Springfield Mass and is the first, and oldest Black Owned, and operated summer camp in the United States. In its more than 100-year history, Camp Atwater has served 60,000 youth, ages eight to sixteen, from across the United States and abroad. Camp Atwater is located in North Brookfield Massachusetts with a mission of developing youth physically, intellectually, emotionally and socially.

All expenses will be covered by the Greater Washington Urban League Guild. Boys camp runs from July 2 - 15, girls camp dates are July 16 - 29. Anyone interested in taking advantage of this awesome opportunity may complete the following form and check the program box "Camp Atwater" and we will provide them with additional registration information. Get ready for a summer of adventure and fun!
