I have a question about what is happening in this video at 00:33:23 -

can you please explain that how the per capita consumption of coal is less then developed countries?.

Dear learner, 
In Developed countries, there is access to all kinds of energy consuming gadgets by most people (unlike in developing countries). For example Airconditioner.

Also, developed countries consume a lot of energy for heating and cooling in energy intensive buildings.

That is why per capita energy consumption in developing countries is less than developed countries.
