Since i could not submit 2 assignments because of a technical issue. I have scored 39.7 out of 40 in assignments. Will I be considered for a certificate if i'll gain more than 40 in the exam? Any grace for assignments?

i could do 6 assignments in total and if take an average of 6 assignments and its 25% is more then 10. please tell me if I eligible or not.
