1). Difference between 'gekommen' and 'angekommen'

2). And when to use it ?

Hello,

"gekommen" is the Perfekt form of "kommen" which means "to come".

"angekommen" is the Perfekt form of "ankommen" which means "to arrive" (at a particular destination).

Example:
Er ist gestern nicht gekommen. - He did not come yesterday.

Er ist heute in London angekommen. - He arrived in London today.
